Chateau Mobile Cigar Lounge llc (Chateau Cigars) strives for excellence and keeping you happy is our number one priority. We take pride in our high standards and quality and back all of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item back to us within 30 days upon receipt of the order if the item was received damaged. Before returning the item, please email us at chateau.support@chateaucigars.store and someone will assist you with the return. Upon completion of the return, you will receive an email notification and a full or partial refund will be initiated.

How our return policy works:

Cigars — if cigars are received in damaged condition, all cigars must be returned in order to receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. 5-pack returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund. If only one cigar is damaged out of a 5 pack or box, you may return that one cigar and receive a replacement cigar, no refund will be issued.

All Other Merchandise— Any other merchandise outside Cigars, may be returned within 30 days upon receipt of your order for an exchange, credit or refund. Any merchandise returned, must be new and in the packaging with the exception of any damage or defects. Returns take up to 3-10 business days from receiving a return to process.

In addition, any promotional items that came with the item you are returning, must be returned or you will be charged for the retail price of the promotional item(s)

Shipping Information

  • Chateau Cigars does not ship or sell products to anyone under the age of 21.
  • Chateau Cigars does not ship products to Utah.
  • Due to Maryland State regulations, we cannot ship little cigars to Maryland residents.
  • Due to Washington State regulations, we cannot ship little cigars or loose tobacco to Washington residents.
  • Shipments to Colorado residents are subject to Total Retail Delivery Fees of $0.27 per sale. For additional details, go to: Retail Delivery Fee | Department of Revenue – Taxation
  • Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 
  • Business days for shipping carriers are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by that carrier. 

Special Requests And Urgent Delivery Options

UPS Next Day Early AM and Saturday Delivery options are not available.

Delivery Service Carriers

  • Shipping will be delivered via UPS and/or USPS. 
  • Delivery addresses must be able to receive packages from either carrier.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, US Territory Shipments

  • Shipping is not currently available to a APO/FPO address

State Restrictions

Chateau Cigars currently does not ship products to:

  • Delaware,
  • Maine,
  • Utah.

HAZMAT Items (Such As Butane)

Chateau Cigars does not ship or sale Butane; additionally, lighters that are sold/shipped do not come prefilled with butane.

When Should I Expect My Order?

Shipping takes up to 3-5 business days from date of shipment (not including weekends or holidays).
